Born 1952 in Lidzbark.

Gratuated from the Faculty of Graphic arts of Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, diploma at the Professor Andrzej Rudziński’s Studio in 1980. He runs Printmaking Studio at the Faculty of New Media Art of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. He creates artistic prints, installations, environments, as well as artistic objects. Since 1978 he is a member and co-founder together with Andrzej Dworakowski and Marek Jaromski of the artistic grouop “Warsztat”. He presented works at more than 60 individual exhibitions and over 450 group exhibitions in Poland and abroad (among others France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Japan, Korea). His works were awarded many times, among others at International Print Triennial in Cracow in 1991 and the 13th Gielniak Graphic Arts Competition in Jelenia Góra in 2016. His works are part of the collections of museums in Poland and abroad, among others in The British Museum in London and MoMa in New York. In 1990 as one of the 13 Polish printmakers was presented in the dictionary of international printmakers published in Japan.
