biography

born on 21. 03. 1994

diploma in the gravure printing studio of the Fine Arts Department of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruo The main current of interest is classic drawing, handling classic drawing media, as well as the contrast between black and white. My subject matter revolves around the contemplation of the future, as well as death, which, despite constant social development and civilization, accompanies us at every step, because we are never able to predict that it could happen in a second, or it may be begging for what 20 say in Latin. Number of individual exhibitions - 5. Number of group exhibitions - 3.

self-commentary

The main topic of my graphical project is the collapse of civilization and showing the takeover of power by futuristic machines. In the presented panorama, symbolizing the post-apocalyptic part of the city I wanted to emphasize the fleetingness of a human being in the face of numerous industrial elements and machines and show the emptiness and faintness of life. It is not a representation of classical dystopia, which can be seen in film productions and similar artistic visions. The use of graphic techniques such as intaglio print, linocut and serigraphy gave me the opportunity to differentiate textures thanks to which the panorama took on greater depth Creating the panorama I tried to maintain a proper balance between techniques and contrasts so that the series of my graphics would be created coherent whole. The main and complementary diploma are shown in one industrial climate.
